Truth is, eventhough I didn't live here, I strongly advice you guys not to choose this one. Rent per week is $245. Bakal naik 5 dolars lagi tahun depan. Ingat ye, bajet accomodation MOE bagi hanya $200 seminggu. Kalau agak- agak mampu, tak ada masalah nak pilih rumah ni.
Advantages- One of your seniors staying here said that Edu House is convenient cos it's halfway between campus and city. For those yang suka privacy, this is the place for you. However, it can also be the disadvantage since it can be quite lonely if your coursemates don't get the same accomodation as yours. Lots of the residence staying here are quite private and critical about room cleanliness.
Depends on your luck, some might get a bigger room, while others might find themselves stuck in a small room. Apa- apapun, untuk seorang, oklah kan. Style bilik dia, STUDIO. maksudnya, bilik air, dapur, dan tempat tidur dalam satu bilik. So, kalau masak tu, bau memang melekatlah kat tilam, bantal korang ye. Nak masak pula, no worries. Ada electric stove, microwave, fridge kecik, water bolier, toaster, pinggan, cultlery, pots and frying pan. Partially furnished rooms with bed, desk, chair, draws or clothes rack.
Safety, lagi tip top. Naik lif pun pakai kad. Internet, guna sistem top up. Disadvantage kat situ. Makanya, rajin- rajinlah datang ke Uni dengan laptop anda. Elektrik however, tak kena bayar. Still, ada limit which is 1000kw/j per year. InsyaAllah, cukup je.
Nak pergi uni, around 10-15 minutes. Kena naik bukit. Lebih dekat dengan town area Te Aro. Sport room, gym ada kat Cumberland house. Cumberland ni pun, under UStay. So, if you got any problem, kena pergi tempat ni, sebab main office kat sini. It's one street up, tak jauh sangat pun. Hari Ahad adalah hari HAVEN untuk korang yang duduk Edu. Sebab dekat dengan Sunday Market, so boleh shopping sayur dan buah- buahan dengan harga murah ahaaha...
Nak buat party @ potluck @ buka puasa ramai- ramai? This is the place. Common Room harus book dulu, tapi memang besar. Selalu je cohort 1 sambut bday kat sini..
