Everton Hall, takes about 10-15 minutes walk to the uni. All rooms at Everton Hall are singles – well almost all, we have two one bedroom flats that suit a couple.
Your fees pay for your room in a fully furnished flat. It does not include food or electricity. Each study bed room contains a bed, mattress and mattress protector plus a desk and chairs and ample wardrobe and drawer space. The kitchens are fully supplied with pots and pans and cutlery and crockery.
How easy is it to get to the city?
- Very easy. It is a five or ten minute stroll down the hill, depending on your walking speed, to the heart of the entertainment centre. Unfortunately that means that the walk home is uphill and takes longer!
Residents are responsible for arranging their own internet/phone connection at their own expense. All flats have phone jacks installed in lounges or hallways and bedrooms except some bedrooms in the houses. All expenses relating to internet/phone connection are the responsibility of residents.

The “Commons” is the communal centre of the Hall (with badminton and volleyball courts, table tennis, basketball hoop, piano room, TV lounge with pool table)
So far, everton Hall pun quite murah. Just you have to pay your own electricity bill. Kalau taknak naik bas, boleh guna cable car, dekat je dengan Everton.
